Donna Harris

Donna Harris, FACHE

Chief Executive Officer

Donna has been the chief executive officer at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Jonesboro since 2004. Joining the hospital in 1994, she previously served as the human resources director for 10 years.  Prior to joining HealthSouth, she held various management positions in the acute care setting. Donna has a hands-on management style that encourages teamwork and cooperation, to provide patients a higher level of care. She is board certified in healthcare management and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.  Donna holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in health services administration.
Dr. Vestal B. Smith, Jr

Dr. Vestal B. Smith, Jr.

Medical Director

Dr. Vestal B. Smith, Jr. brings more than 20 years of experience to HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Jonesboro. He is a graduate of University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences where he trained in neurology and physical medicine. Previously he served on the medical staff of Baptist Rehabilitation Institute in Little Rock, as well as, Arkansas Heart Hospital and Arkansas Surgical Hospital.   As a physical medicine and rehabilitation physician, Dr. Smith enhances and restores functional ability and quality of life to patients with physical impairments.  He is trained in designing comprehensive, patient-centered treatment plans, and is an integral member of the care team at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Jonesboro. 

Tammy Barley

Tammy Barley

Director of Human Resources

Tammy is the director of human resources and has been employed at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Jonesboro since 1990 with previous experience in health information management. She handles the employee relations, benefits, compensation, recruitment and retention for the employees of the hospital.
Allan Jones

Allan Jones

Controller

Allan is the controller at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Jonesboro. He has been in healthcare since 1993, working for various providers throughout the southeast. An Arkansas native, Allan holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Arkansas State University.  Allan lives in Jonesboro with his wife and three children.
Becky Kimble

Becky Kimble

Chief Nursing Officer

Becky has been employed at HealthSouth since January 1989. She has more than 35 year of nursing experience with 29 of those years being in acute rehabilitative care. She holds an associate’s degree in nursing from Arkansas State University. In addition, she obtained her CRRN in 1996. She is board-certified in infection control and epidemiology.

Mark Peyton

Mark Peyton

Business Development Director

Mark began his career at HealthSouth in December 2010 with more than 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He assumed the role of director of marketing as well as overseeing the inpatient admissions department. Mark graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Arkansas State University.
Victoria Prince

Victoria Prince

Director of Therapy Operations

Vickie is currently the director of therapy operations beginning in October 2017.  She began her career at HealthSouth in June of 2012 as a physical therapist and worked her way into leadership as physical therapy team leader and on to therapy manager.  Vickie is a 2009 graduate of Arkansas State University with a master’s degree in physical therapy.

Lori Tosh

Lori Tosh

Case Management Director

Lori is the director of case management and has been with HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Jonesboro since 1996. She started as a part-time switchboard operator while she worked towards her master's degree in rehabilitation counseling from Arkansas State University. Lori graduated from ASU in 1998 and assumed her role of case manager and in February 2011, she was promoted to director of case management. Lori is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor.
Kathleen Walter

Kathleen Walter, RN

Director of Quality and Risk

Kathleen is currently the director of quality management at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Jonesboro. With her rehabilitation experience, as well as her previous acute care and surgery experience, she has a unique insight into quality management. Kathleen is a strong patient advocate and is constantly looking for avenues of improvement to ensure our patients receive a quality patient experience.
